Birthday Pay
As a special bonus, Scientific Search will pay time-and-a-half
for any work you do for Scientific Search on your birthday.
You must complete 400 hours before your birthday to qualify.

Vacation Pay

Medical Insurance
Scientific Search offers a comprehensive HMO medical plan
through Aetna. Employees are eligible to participate in this plan
on the first of the month following three months of employment.

Dental Insurance
Scientific Search offers a dental insurance plan through MetLife.
Employers are elligible to participate in this plan on the first of the
month following three months of employment.

401k
Scientific Search offers a 401k savings plan. Employees are
eligible to participate in this plan after one year of employment.
Scientific Search matches 100% of the employee's contribution
up to 4% of their pay.
