. joining Scientific Search, Joe was VP and Director of Operations with
. a regional recruiting and staffing firm, where he managed eleven
. offices and over forty recruiting and salespeople. At Scientific Search
. he has overseen the growth .that has led to recognition by the
. Philadelphia Business Journal as one of Delaware Valley's fastest
. growing companies for the past .four years. Joe and his associates
. have placed thousands of..people in a variety of technical positions.

..After graduating from Drexel University with a BS in Commerce and
. Engineering, he worked as an applications engineer with a capital
. equipment manufacturer serving the pharmaceutical and biotech
. industries. Joe earned his MBA from Temple University.

David Trexler: david@scientificsearch.com
David is the Vice President of Scientific Search and brings
a diversified background in engineering, management, and
small business ownership to the company. Before joining
Scientific Search, David worked at Dupont in various engineering
and management positions for fifteen years. Some of the areas
he was involved with include machine design, research and
development, manufacturing automation, chemical and textile
manufacturing, capital projects, maintenance systems and
continuous flow/lean manufacturing. For the past ten years,
David has owned several successful small businesses including
respiratory therapy, dry cleaning and employee benefit services.

David has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University
of Delaware and is a registered Professional Engineer.

As Vice President and Practice Lead, Jim's role is varied; in
addition to business development and major account management
duties, he is responsible for Scientific Search's Retained Search
Practice and direction of a talented group of sales and recruiting
professionals.

Before joining Scientific Search in 2001, Jim served as the director
of human resources for a telephony company, where he tripled the
workforce in 3 years and secured meaningful workforce government
grants. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes senior roles
with a staffing services franchise and ownership of a food services
equipment company.
